The photo-sharing mobile app Instagram announced last monday (Nov 5th), the launch of user´s web profiles. The expansion brings an easier and better view of profiles and images, but it is still not possible to make uploads and apply filters from their website, this feature can only be used by mobile devices – which means its website will remain only available for Android and iOS users.
The profile layout looks like Facebook‘s timeline – social network that recently bought Instagram – and the users will have specific web address: “instagram.com/” followed by the user name.
The mobile app, that today has about 100 millions users and more than 5 billions published photos, is expected to finalize the update until next Sunday, November 11th.
